The Challenge

Another project I was apart of creating with pipikwan was working on a website and branding updates for Boyle Street Education Centre was an exciting and rewarding challenge, but it was not without its obstacles. One of the biggest hurdles we faced was ensuring that the new website and branding accurately reflected the organization’s mission and values while also appealing to their target audience.

Another challenge we encountered was the need to create a cohesive visual identity that would be consistent across all of the organization’s marketing materials, including their website, social media, and print collateral. This required us to carefully consider typography, color palettes, and imagery to create a consistent look and feel that accurately represented the organization.

Additionally, we had to navigate the technical aspects of website development, such as ensuring the site was mobile-responsive, optimized for search engines, and user-friendly. This required a deep understanding of web design best practices, as well as a willingness to experiment and iterate as we went along.

The Solution

To meet Boyle Street Education Centre’s need for a new website and updated branding, we took a comprehensive approach that involved close collaboration with the organization’s team. We started by conducting a thorough analysis of their existing website and branding materials, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

Once we had a clear understanding of the organization’s needs and goals, we developed a comprehensive branding strategy that included logo design, colour palette selection, typography, and imagery. We presented 2 options to the client and worked closely with them to refine the chosen direction.

Next, we designed a website that was both visually appealing and user-friendly, incorporating the new branding elements throughout. We also ensured that the site was optimized for search engines and mobile devices, providing a seamless user experience across all platforms.
